What is the date of your event?

  • Saturday, 5th September 2026
     

What time do gates open?

  • Gates open at 11.30
  • First act starts at 12 noon
  • Final act finishes 8-9pm
     

Where can I buy my tickets?

  • You can purchase tickets online until 11am on the day.  

 

  • Online EARLY BIRD tickets available until 30.04.26 cost:

    12 yrs and over:  £15
    Family (2 adults, 3 children):  £36
    Over 65 yrs:  £13
    6 to 11 yrs:  £5
    0-5 yrs:  Free

 

  • From 01.05.26 online cost will be::

    12 yrs and over:  £18
    Family (2 adults, 3 children):  £40
    Over 65 yrs:  £16
    6 to 11 yrs:  £5
    0-5 yrs:  Free
     

Can I buy tickets on the gate?

  • Yes you can purchase tickets on the gate.  These will be card purchases - NO cash.  Please note this is a slightly more expensive option:

    12 yrs and over:  £22
    Family (2 adults, 3 children):  £44
    Over 65 yrs:  £20
    6 to 11 yrs:  £5
    0-5 yrs:  Free
     

Is there disabled parking and access?

  • Please see the map above highlighting our dedicated disabled access and viewing area.
  • We will reserve a few disabled parking places by this entrance and you are welcome to park on the roads throughout Wrotham Village. 
  • Entrance into the grounds is wheelchair accessible, stewards will be on hand if assistance is required.
  • Free carer entry is permitted with a paid ticket for disabled person.
     

Can I bring my own food and drink?

  • Yes, however there will also be food vans including the Red Pizza Van and a bar if you wish to purchase supplies.
     

Are pets allowed?

  • NO - animals are NOT allowed at this event. 
     

Where can I park?

  • You are welcome to park on the roads throughout Wrotham village, we just ask you be respectful to residents. 
     

Are there toilets onsite?

  • There is a toilet block available just outside the entrance gate, hands will be stamped for re-entry to the event.
     

Will there be stalls and fairground rides?

  • Yes it will be a 'all the fun at the fair' festival event with food and drinks stands.
     

What are the safety procedures for the event?

  • Please refer to our Safety page.
     

Will there be medical cover?

Can I get a refund for my tickets?

  • No, as we are a charity we are not able to refund tickets.  However, we will obviously refund all tickets if our event should not go ahead for any reason.
     

Will the event be cancelled in the event of rain?

  • Unless the forecast is for a major storm, the event will go ahead so pack your umbrellas!  We will announce any changes if required on the website and Facebook page.
      

May I join the committee?

  • Yes we are always looking for committee members and volunteers for the event.  Please come and see us at the event.
